Had the pleasure to meet Federica in the mill last year and got a little tour through the mill. Brilliant concept! Bought oil, peaches (organic) and tomato sauce (organic). Excellent products, only to recommend! Ran out of oil recently and asked it to be shipped to Germany. Perfect communication with Alex frm Sadafe, oil arrived 4 days after ordering. We are really glad to have had the chance to partake in this amazing experience at Federica’s olive mill. She knows her trade, and wears her heart on her sleeves - a sincerely magnetic combination. After showing us the neat processing facility we were thoroughly amazed and could barely wait to have a taste her delicious products on some fresh made piada! Her choice of production process which was engineered to produce the highest quality olive oil thoroughly impressed us. My wife treated me to this awesome experience where I not only learned about what makes the perfect olive oil but had a chance to learn to make piadina and taste awesomeness on the spot! I particularly liked how Federica and her family connected with us, and that I had the chance to also learn about their lives and how the mill connects to the lives of others in the area through great seasonal organic products, like the chocolate-pear marmelade - a truly great combination. It was a rare pleasure to meet Federica and her family, I can only recommend them.

Federica hat uns mit ihren professionellen Kenntnissen in die Technik der Herstellung des hoch qualitativen Olivenöls eingeführt, das die überaus sympathische Familie in Eigenproduktion mit grosser Passion herstellt. Im Anschluss durften wir mit besagtem Olivenöl eine überaus feine Piadina kochen und sie gleich mit verschiedenen selber eingekochten Artischocken und Birnenpasten degustieren. Wir danken Federica und ihrer Familie herzlich für den rundum stimmigen Anlass!

Federica hat uns die Produktion von Olivenöl mit sehr viel Herz und Begeisterung erklärt. Man merkt dass das ihre Passion ist. Das ganze wurde abgerundet indem wir selber Piadinas gemacht haben und mit den absolut köstlichen von ihnen hergestellten Produkten verkostet haben. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis und auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die Wert auf erstklassige Qualität der Produkte legen. Ein innovatives kleines Familienunternehmen. Unique experience. We learned a lot about making olive oil and we made our own traditional bakery. Federica and her mother were very warm and we felt nearly as part of a family. This experience made our vacation interesting and we totally recommend it to everyone!

This was a great experience! We didn't know what to expect exactly but we were happily surprised by the warm welcome and enthusiasm. Recommended if you like to have a tasty experience!
