Hello, my name is Federica. I was born and live in the city of Rimini (Italy). I’m a pharmacist and, since I opened an oil mill some year ago, I’m also a young entrepreneur. I’m in love with food and I’m excited to tell you my story! I’m sure this will be the most interesting morning of your life. You can learn the secret of making a real Italian extravirgin olive oil and how to prepare “piadina”, a soft bread which roots find place right in Romagna region. The experience will begin with a visit to the oil mill where I will tell you my story and explain the technique of producing an excellent olive oil. In the end we will eat piadina that we will have made together.
