Terms and conditions of sale
1. General Conditions
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the Internet, from the site sadafe.it, in compliance with the Italian legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions.
The seller of the products and owner of the Site is: sadafe.it with registered office in via Maria Goja n. 3, 47924, Rimini (RN), C.F/ P.I. 04375200401 and entry in the Register of Companies - Chamber of Commerce of Rimini, e-mail address: email@example.com
The consumer who accesses the Site to make purchases is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site and that will be available at all times to the customer through the link contained in the confirmation email of each order to allow its reproduction and storage.
In the event that the subject making purchases on the Site requires the issuance of an invoice and / or otherwise is not a "consumer or user" as defined in art. 3, paragraph 1, letter. a) of the Consumer Code, it will not apply the right of withdrawal under art. 7 and 8 of these Terms and Conditions nor, more generally, the provisions that under the same Consumer Code apply only to "consumers".
In accordance with Italian law, the contracts entered into with sadafe.it through the Site are governed by these General Conditions. The language used to conclude the contract is Italian.
2. Selection and ordering of the Products
The characteristics and price of the various products on sale on the Site are shown on the page in relation to each Product.
By sending the order from the Site, which has the effect of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure and that he/she fully accepts the present General Conditions and the transcribed payment terms.
The contract between sadafe.it and the customer is concluded with the acceptance of the order by sadafe.it. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer by means of an order confirmation email containing a reference to these General Conditions, the order number, shipping and invoicing data, the list of Products ordered with their essential characteristics and the total price, including delivery charges. The Customer will check the confirmation email and if he detects any errors in the order will have 12 hours from receipt of such email to contact Customer Service directly via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +390541392031. Once this period has elapsed, the order will be processed for shipment and no further changes will be accepted, without prejudice to the rights of the Customer referred to in article 7 below.
Once the order is received, sadafe.it will check the availability of stocks for the execution of the order. In the event that one or more Products are not available, sadafe.it will send timely notice by email to the Customer who, within the next 12 hours, will have the right to respond to confirm the shipment of any additional Products available or cancel it. If there is no response within this period, the order will be considered confirmed and the Products available will be shipped. If only a few products are not in stock, sadafe.it will process the order with the products available. In both cases, the amount relating to the missing Products will be immediately refunded depending on the payment method chosen.
3. Product Information
The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description form. It is understood that the image of the Products themselves has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and quality but may differ in color and size.
4. Prices and shipping
The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and duties. All prices are in Euro.
5. Methods of payment
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card through Paypal or by bank transfer.
The customer must make the transfer within 3 days from the date of order for orders relating to products and within 1 day from the date of order for orders containing events and/or courses. If this is not the case, the order will be cancelled and the goods made available again for purchase by other Customers. The Customer who has not made the transfer may be contacted by Customer Service in order to clarify whether the cause of the failure to pay is due to the willingness of the customer not to confirm the purchase or other causes.

Cause: the Customer must indicate in the reason for the transfer the date and order number, which can be found in the confirmation email.
Invoicing of orders
If the purchase is made by a professional, it will be possible to request the issuance of an invoice via email to email@example.com by entering the order number and billing information including tax code and / or VAT number into the request. The invoice will be sent by email to the address indicated. The professional is responsible for the correct entry of the billing information in the above email and it will not be possible to request changes later.
6. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure during the finalisation stage of the order.
All purchases will be delivered by courier service from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Sadafe.it is not responsible for unforeseeable or non-attributable delays.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, except in instances of exclusion as provided for in point IV below. To exercise this right, the Customer must send sadafe.it a notice within 14 days from the date of receipt, such notice must be sent by registered mail with return receipt, addressed to:

The costs of return will be borne by the customer.
I. The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the Product purchased.
II. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal sadafe.it will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received, without prejudice to the right of sadafe.it to suspend payment of the refund until the actual receipt and verification of goods. The refund will be made by bank transfer, where it will be the customer's responsibility to provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (account holder, name and address of the bank and IBAN).
III. In addition to the cases indicated in the Preamble (customer who is not a consumer and/or who requires the invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:
- order of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
- order of Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- order of sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection or that have been opened after delivery.
8. Warranty and Conformity Defects
In case of conformity defects of Products sold by sadafe.it, the Customer must immediately contact sadafe.it via email firstname.lastname@example.org
The legal guarantees provided by articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right, at his choice and on the condition that the type of Product allows it, to the restoration, at no cost, of the conformity of the Product by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract. The Customer shall forfeit these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to sadafe.it within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect, provided that it is not a Product that by its nature is perishable or subject to expiration in a shorter period, in which case the defect shall be reported within that shorter period.
9. Errors and limitations of liability
The information relating to the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors for which sadafe.it cannot be held responsible, except in the case of fraud or gross negligence.
Sadafe.it reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed, or to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer's rights under these General Conditions and the Consumer Code.
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or to compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance or execution, even partial, of an order.

Sadafe.it commits itself to respond to all requests received within a maximum of 7 working days.
11. Online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR)
If you are a European consumer, you should be aware that the European Commission has provided all European residents with a tool dedicated to alternative dispute resolution.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and Sadafe.it. is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or resolution of these General Conditions or individual purchase orders if the Customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the court of his town of residence or domicile if located in the Italian territory; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rimini, any other jurisdiction is excluded.
13. Protection of minors
Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to order at www.sadafe.it
Pursuant to Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer declares to have read and specifically accepted the following articles of these General Conditions: 6 (liability for delays in delivery), 9 (right to correct errors - exclusions of liability).
